Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with 8 to 20 years of experience to join our team, specializing in Infrastructure and Hybrid Cloud Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and offering cutting-edge IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions that address the evolving needs of modern enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud markets.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer challenges related to IT infrastructure, cloud adoption, and business scalability. Provide tailored solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Solution Presentation: Articulate the value of our infrastructure and hybrid cloud offerings to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering opportunities for growth (expansions).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, product managers, and marketing to ensure alignment in sales strategies and solution delivery.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales activities, manage pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts to the leadership team.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 20 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer success.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
