This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work out of our offices in Udaipur, Jaipur, Pune, or Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define IT talent requirements.
•Source, screen, and assess potential candidates for various IT roles, utilizing diverse hiring platforms and strategies.
•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
•Maintain and update recruitment databases while building strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
•Stay updated with industry hiring trends and competitive landscapes to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
•4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment with a proven track record of successful placements.
•Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
•Familiarity with technical skill sets in IT domains to understand role-specific requirements.
•Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
